Villa Marija apartement is situated in the tourist settlement Ruskamen, on the seaside of beautiful Omiš Riviera. The house is just above the highway.
The guests in Marija apartments are mainly families with children, so there is always quiet atmosphere. Only 150 meters from the house there is a beautiful pebble beach.The center is 100meters away from the house, and a bar, a shop and a restaurant are 80 meters away. We have 7 apartements in offer. The apartements are equipped with airconditioning, TV/SAT, kettle and microwave. The use of airconditioning is free of charge. In the kitchen there is everything you need for preparing all kinds of food and drink.  At their arrival the guests can find a clean apartement with fresh linen and towels. When leaving, it is not necessary to clean the apartement. When staying longer than 7 days, the clean linen and towels are provided every week.
You can connect your computer to free Internet.
A large capacity freezer is at your disposal! Each apartement can have an extra bed if necessary.
There is a beautiful view from the terrace. Regardless the weather, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the island Brač.

The Ruskamen beach: lovely pebble beach with gradual entrance into the sea, the pleasant shade from the trees – ideal for families with children. A local street leads directly to the beach. The first sand bach is in Omiš 6km away.

Prices are in € per apartment / night. Deposit in € 30% of the total price. The tourist tax is also included in the price
